* Terms of use
- - All prices are in Euros per person per day.
- - Taxes are not included and costs 1,33 Euro per person per day, children 12-18 0,67 Euro, children under 12 years free.
- - When booking we charge a deposit of 20% of the total cost. Only when payment is received, reservation is confirmed.
- - Payments can be made via the current account in the bank.
- - If you remain less than 3 days price is increased by 30%.
- - If you want to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 30 days before your arrival, otherwise we do not return the money.
- - For all apartments maximum number of persons is 5.
- - One parking spot per apartment is secured
- - Small Housepets dogs are permitted, subject to prior notice and upon request.
- - Check in is possible from 13:00 pm on day of arrival. Please leave the apartment until 10:00 am on departure day.
- - The rooms and apartments are not allowed more people than specified.
- - Bringing guests to the apartment or room for overnight is possible only with the permission of the owner.
- - On the day of departure, you are required to review the staff apartment or room and pay for any damage.
- - It is not allowed to bring weapons, forbidden narcotics or other dangerous and / or flammable substances.
- - The owners are not responsible for possible missing items and the value guest.
- - It is not permitted to take inventory out of the apartment (towels, blankets, umbrella ...).
Residence tax
- Residence tax and registration of guests are not included in the price
- Residence tax per person per day is 1,33 €
- Children from 12-18 years. pay 50% of the amount
- Children up to 12 years. are exempt from paying the residence tax
Surcharge
- Additional person 5 € / day / person
- Stay shorter than 3 days + 25%
- Pet (by prior arrangement) 7 € day
